8-Minute abs

Does 8-Minute abs work? lol
I just tried it and i feel like my abs have been stretched but not sore. is that ok or should i do something more intensive?
 
what exactly is it?
 
its supposed to be like a fitness program right, only problem i see is that the instructor rushes through everything in 8 minutes. thats like 7 or 8 diff exercises in 8 minutes... im not sore or anyting today so i doubt it works >.>
 
soreness is not necessarily an indicator of good workout

you need to get ur self some feed back as to how you felt during the workout

was it challenging, moderate or easy to go through the routines

if the exercises were relatively easy to perform you should speak to your instuctor to make a few changes in one or two exercises, that should turn up the intensity.

otherwise ur better off waiting a few sessions and seing ur progress.

i have a few taekwondo friends who follow the 8 min ab routine
never asked them about it..;)
 
i kinda didnt really feel anything... some excercises were kinda dificult but i had almost no problem, i wanna slap the guy on the monitor though, he's all like XD You can do it, feel the burn....XD I DONT feel sh*t bio*ch
 
one thing i know really does work that ive tried is 10 Minute Abs, Crunch youll see results in less than a week, i suggest trying it, all you need is a towel to do exercises lol
 
I'm not a big fan of 8 min abs. It's basically ALL crunches. If you do core exercises and lift in general you will work your core, and cardio will shed the fat
