8-10% bodyfat

Im male 15 ,1.89meters,77 kilograms. Like 15%bodyfat, im doing tennis 5 times a week.well from the beginning of the new year i want to start to lose fat. I want to be like 8%-10% bodyfat but without gaining so much muscle because will affect my movement in tennis. Now, how many calories do i need to lose 7%bodyfat and in how many weeks? Thank you

At 15 years old you really do not want to be that low in body fat. You are smack in the middle of the healthy athletic level of body fat now and dropping below this at your age would not be a good plan.
If you keep up mobility and stretching exercises etc. you will not lose range of movement needed for tennis. Look at professional dancers and how easily they change direction etc. They are all muscular, along with top class tennis players.
One of the best tennis players I knew was female and better built than I am, she didn't have to worry about moving around the court unless she slowed her serve down to a level where I could see the ball coming.

^Pretty much that. You're still in developmental stages, you shouldn't be restricting your body's food intake. Functionally you don't need to be so low in bodyfat, but maybe you also want to look good. Just prioritize. You don't want to stunt your growth now for temporary aesthetics. Wait it out, it will be worth it in a couple of years

What COM and fazahcrahn said.

I'll note, also, that muscle mass is the medium by which the nervous system applies force to the bones in order to move. More muscle mass does not make you slower, nor does it make you any less flexible, although extreme amounts of muscle mass (the amounts that you're not at any risk of accumulating without dedicating years of hard work towards it) can influence range of motion by obstructing the distance a joint can move. But, if you were to gain, say, 10% more muscle mass over the next year, it would allow you to be faster, it would protect your joints from injury, and there's no inherent reason why you would lose flexibility or reaction time.
