Hi there, I'm 20 years old, 5'4 and am 65kg which i think is 143lbs?
Im really wanting to be in great shape for new years as me and a massive group of my friends are going to 'Rhythm & vines' i huge music festival in new zealand.. most days will be by the beach soaking up the sun.

I want to set a challenge to lose 10ks in 6weeks so thats 22lbs.
in relatively fit and muscly i just need to lose the layer of fat on top of it all!

I would love some advice on how to help me reach my goal
I'm planning on working out each day, one day hardcore cardio the next some intense weight training and eating fruits - raw vege small portions etc.
Is this a realistic goal for my size?

Look forward to hearing some feedback
Laura

A bit unrealistic, you should aim for 0.5-1.0 kg per week. You're already quite small so it is harder to lose weight than a bigger person. 6-7 kg would be plenty for you to look good in a bikini...59 kg is quite small!

Why don't you just go as hard as you can for 6 weeks? Cardio and weights sound great. Count your calorie intake, don't go below 1000/day and you should get some great results. Take your measurements and your 'before' picture so that you don't focus so much on the weight.

Yeeeah.. your definitely right 10kgs is unrealistic in 6weeks.
Alright the plan is to lose at least 1kg a week - take measurements
Strict diet no less than 1000cal a day
lots of cardio and weights
.. yes bikini bod is for sure the goal but hmmmm yeah we will see!
Fingers crossed
