6oxo???

I plan on really gaining a lot of muscle over the winter. I thought about SUPERDROL, but dont want to deal with that yet. What about this 6oxo? Will that help me put on muscle? and is there anything I need to take with it? I thougth about taking creatine fuel with it as a booster. any advice for me?
 
You won't gain much on 6-OXO by itself. If you want to grow, you need food and train hard and regularly. I need to emphasize the food part. Superdrol will get you some size but the side effects can be a bit harsh.

Creatine's good though.

How long has your diet been 100% in check?

been trainging for 6 months, im 18 and my diet has been "on check" for 4-5 months. I take protein and thats it. Now im looking to add muscle.
 
at 18 your natural ability should be god's plenty to pack on muscle. if you want to add muscle, make sure your diet/calorie intake promotes adding muscle. then stick to a rep range of 8-12.
creatine monohydrate would be a good supplement, a daily multivitamin, and some fish oil capsules.
and food. plenty of good clean food, and some dextrose in your PWO protein shake.
