66 inch high jump

OMG. if only i could do that.

am i correct that there are 3 major things affecting verticle jump:
1)strong, explosive lower body
2)genetics
3)low body fat %

so if i can strengthen my lower body, and lower my body fat, then its pretty much the best way to increase vert jump right?
 
Basically. However, box jumps like this have a lot to do with hip mobility. My vert is weak but I can box jump in the 30's and 40's because I can get my legs up.

When I saw this video I **** my self in its sheer awesomeness.
 
This is just awesome. Adrian Wilson jumps 66 inches high.

Just think if he missed. :eek:
