I know it sounds extreme, but did this a couple of years ago and not only did it work (40 lbs 4 weeks) but I managed to keep the weight off for YEARS.
My story, I used to be 110 lbs, I'm 5 5, but gained weight over the last two years and now I'm 170 lbs. I have a VERY important event at the end of February so that's why I need this rapid weight loss method. PLEASE no negative comments. I've also lost weight a "healthier way" in other occasions, this is just for this time. Please let me know if you want to lose some weight and I'll be more than HAPPY to motivate you!!!! <3 I will be blogging my progress EVERYDAY on this thread, calories eaten, calories burned, and weight lost.
