I have currently started 10 min Trainer and Jillian MIchael's 30 Day Shred and they are ass kickersI do boot camp but both of these are equal to boot camp.
I also have Biggest Loser Boot Camp and it is a good work out that leaves ya feeling great.
I have A restorative Yoga dvd called Gentle Yoga and it is great.
Yoga for Dummies and Beyond Basics Yoga for Dummies Excellent for beginners
I have a few other good ones I like but I need to be at home to post their names
I am doing nothing for exercise.. Just not found an exercise to keep up with.
I got bored very fast. The last thing I did was dancing on a dance mat game for television, but the songs got bored. I will check out your videos later.
