6 Star Hardcore Creatine

They just got the 6 star hardcore creatine as well as the 6 star hardcore protein out my walmart and I was wondering if it is any count. Has anyone used either of them

assuming its plain, 100% pure creatine monohydrate, its fine. creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate (although I will say that the Creapure processed creatine is the best monohydrate you can get).

I've heard that protein is kinda low grade, doesn't mix well, and might taste like chalk. I would stick to a brand like Optimum Nutrition, for both taste and quality.

remember that supplements are NOT required to perform well in the gym, and that protein powder is nothing more than liquid protein. many would argue that a lean cut of steak is superior to any protein powder on the market. i wouldn't necessarily disagree with that, but I do feel that having one or two shakes per day can be a very convenient and cheap way to boost protein intake.

I read the back of it and it had like 7 different kinds of creatine in it. Plus the protein had creatine in it as well.

I have the protein version and it takes alright. after buying it, I realized there are better ones out there are offer more protein per scoop which is what i neelyd with my low protein diet.

However, for the money, I thought it was a good deal.

7 kinds of creatine? I gotta google this...

this stuff?

if so, I wouldn't buy into the 5 kinds of bull**** marketing they are throwing into teh bottle with the creatine.

next time, buy creatine monohydrate. check out the sticky we have too.

Ive been using the protein for 3 months now and love it. Cant tell any difference between this and the more $$$ stuff at GNC except this tastes better.
