Sport 6 meals a day...but what?

Sport Fitness
But what to eat? What should these meals consist of? I recently decided that I would like to drop some body fat and read that the 6 meals a day process was very good for such things. I've been doing more cardio and weight training with less weight and more reps. I'm wondering what would be a good example of a typical, 6-meal day.

Found this on another board. There are many more options. Whatever you can fit into your daily totals is all that matters, but hopefully this can give you an idea.
