is there any1 out there who can give me a 6 meal plan that they have used consistantly that has helped develop their abdomen musles into a 6 pack or just more noticable?
 
my exact diet won't help you unless you're my height, age, weight, build, same training level, same routine, same lifestyle...and even then if we don't have identical metabolisms my eating plan won't be you're eating plan.
 
I'd do it for free, but you said you don't want my help anymore and will do whatever you want. LV will set you up with the same info I'd give you...but he charges.
 
After that arrogant comment he made he's not even worth the money. I wouldn't even do it for $1000.
