I've been trianing to run (not walk at all) my first 5k for the past 8 weeks ... the 5k is this Saturday ... normally I run on Mon, Thurs, and Sat ... so this week our training schedule says to run Mon, Thurs, Fri, and 5k Sat ... seems to me like you would want to rest the day before running the 5k not run? Why would they want us to run 2 days consecutive before the 5k? I may sound like a wuss to some of yall hahah
I also workout on the elliptical on days I dont run ...
