Hello, I want to lose 2 lbs per week until I lose 30 lbs. I've just begun working out at Shapes and have been keeping the schedule below for two weeks. I'd like to know if it is ok. I'm sure I can stick to it if it is.

Height: 5 feet
Body fat: 33.1
BMI: 29.7
Starting weight: 152 lbs
Target weight: 120 lbs
My weight history
I've been pretty sedentary all my life, but overweight only after kids.
15-30: 115-120 lbs
20-25: 120-135 lbs
2 kids later....
30 155
30-32: weight fluctuates 145-155...
My plan
Monday: 1 hour "Just Pump" class (light aerobics w/ some light weights).
Tuesday: 1 hour exercise bike at low intensity (heart rate steady around 140-150)
Wednesday: 1 hour Zumba class
Thursday: 1 hour Kickboxing class
Monday/Thursday - I'll also do about 15 minutes of light weights, mostly upper body. I'll probably go on the exercise bike for 15-20 minutes after the classess as well.
I would like to know how many pounds I can expect to lose per week with exercise only with the above plan.
I've been making healthier eating choices too, so I'm sure I'll lose some from that, but I want to know if this is a good plan to lose 1.5-2 lbs per week with exercise alone.
