just got this I couple days ago about me a little bit 55 230 pounds try to join gym cost too much so I started walking found out walking suck when you smoke. quit smoking down to 175. It has taken a little over 4 years to get here I wal, for 1 power walk for 2 and started trial running last year . We have a state park with over 34 miles to run bike and hike. It has taken me a year I started walking there and then run I ru a 3 mile trial. Tryed the 5 but its to much for this old man. I have two degenerating disc in my lower back how to play in my neck. So 5 is out for now would love to get there. But I am haveing fun doing the 3. It was taken me arou d 40 min at first but I am down to 29 most days . What I hope to get out of this forum is friend and how to recover faster and be adle to run longer . Thanks all c u n the woods
