Yes, there's no doubt you'll soon be a carb bloated fat ass :drooling1:

How much do you weigh anyway?

my maintance calories are 3209 i weight train four days a week 45-1hr sessions
play basketball every saturday 3-5 hrs

How long did it take you to put on that weight?
If your maintenance is 3200, and your eating 5000 cals. You'd gain several pounds of fat a week.

I suspect you counted some of your food intake as way more than it really is.

Looking at your list, I can't see how its over 4,000cals.

he said 5kilos in six weeks, which works out to 11 pounds in six weeks. so id say that he gained at least 5 pounds of fat. Diet doesnt look that great, so i suspect a bit more. Slow it down bro, it takes time, but in the long run a slow bulk is perfect

well, my philosophy is: it's better to give your body the MAXIMUM amount of nutrients that it can use to build muscle than to not eat enough.

I would just eat what I am naturally hungry for... you aren't force feeding yourself right?

11 pounds in six weeks isn't TOO much IMO. with the initial water weight gain of 5 pounds that's only a pound a week.

thanks for the tips guys
2 cups brown rice 1396 calories
2 packs chicken noodles 756 calories
thats why its so high so if i want to lower my cals to 2966 i take that of my diet or lower the amount of servings

2 cups of brown rice is not 1300 calories unless you are talking about 2 cups dry. 2 cups cooked is around 430. if you are eating 2 cups dry, there are so many better things you can fill your diet with instead of the rice.

I wish i could eat 5k and not gain weight :(. That would be awesome.

Yes, yes it would. We just gotta get to 350 pounds and we'll be fine :p:yelrotflmao:
