Sport 5 Small meals???

I'm new here! Glad to join up!

So I've read numerous things about dieting, and most of them say to eat 5 small meals spread out throughout the day.

Of course there is breakfast, lunch, and dinner. But what about the other 2? What are good examples of healthy small meals you could put in those places?

Eat about every 3 hours. Your meals should contain a sering protein (about the size of your palm, veggies and/or fruit and healthy fats - nuts, fish oil, natural peanut butter, olive oil.
 
yeah 5 - 8...the trick is to make all meals about equal size...eat just when you get hungary and don't wait until your starving or you'll overeat which will cause you to miss next meal...also just eat untill content not stuffed for the same reason
