Hey guys i'm on a vigorous workout plan and i love it. I have cardio days where I run and work abs. My run is a 5 mile run and I usually do it in 48min. Well I wanted to ask you is this doing anything for me because I though 48min was good but apparently all these hardcore runners are doing it in like 30min. I feel great after I rund and my heart rate does get up. I just like to pace myself so I don't get winded. Let me know what you guys think..thanx
