Just got myself a blender; thinking about making some smoothies for pre-gym/ pre-run and maybe breakfast.

Hopefully a healthy and filling smoothie will keep me energised for my work out before I have lunch. Will definitely try these out - got to start somewhere and these sound yummy - I tried one with milk and it lacked thickness (maybe the yogurt will help).

Do you have any more recipes /recommendations that include vegetables as opposed to fruits (just like your last one)? I'm interested to try some smoothies with vegetables too.
