Monday - Back/Biceps
Tuesday - Chest/Triceps
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back/Biceps
Friday - Chest/Triceps
Saturday - Off
Sunday - Sometimes On/Sometime Off (Depends on my work schedule)
I'll do abs MWF, hard cardio on TT and I do lighter cardio some mornings anyways. I've also read about trading the spots where biceps and triceps are, is that smart?
I also started drinking protein shakes to help with my intake to gain mass.
Does this sound like a good workout schedule for the week, or should I tweak it a bit?
