5"2 14 year old trying to come up with a work out plan

My current work out plan includes, 50 reps sit ups hold 5 seconds between 2 sets 1 set of 25 cross sit ups between, 30 oblique sit ups, 25 reps of dips in 2 sets, light lifting minum 10 lbs maximum about 90 gradually benching lighter to heavier than reverse, then to end it pull ups to burnout, any suggestions? My friend who is a junior in highschool is also going to help me we are considering working out together i am also a regular athlete and run 4 miles a day work out days include monday wendsday friday with fall ball practice on the days in between in the event of practice on workout days i adjust, again does anyone have suggestions as to a certain program or protein or supplement? me and my friend are looking into supplements any help will be appreciated
 
i dont recommend taking supplements at such a young age. you can get all your body needs through diet. im 23 and thats how i still roll. if anything, a whey protein isolate so i always have protein for my muscles to grow and a good daily multi vitamin.
