Well, as I write this I am sippin on some jack and coke. This will be my last night of drinking until December 31st (with possibly one exception, December 7th...long story). Drinking seems to be my limiting factor on weight loss.
Anyways, as it appears, my stable body weight is between 191 and 194. I have been as low as 181, but immediately came back up when I rehydrated. My goal is to get down to 175 AND STABILIZE. These last 16-19 pounds are becoming a bitch. I have been trying for around 3 months to shed the last of my weight, but to no avail. Tough trying to live to college lifestyle and enjoy yourself while on a year long cutting phase.
Anyways, the plan I am GOING to stick to, is roughly 2000 calories on a diet that LV set up for me (and I am an idiot for trying to modify it) with running about 5 miles every other morning, and 4 lifts a week (2 upper, 2 lower).
I will weigh in every saturday. Cheer me on!
