I'm sure, i'm hoping others had this problem too, but i went to a couple barbeques over the holliday weekend, and at the first one i just had salad a diet coke and lots of water, but at the second one i couldn't resist and one thing lead to another until i was way off my diet. ANy ideas on how 2 make sure this doesnt't happen again?
 
An occasional bad day isn't such a bad thing if you get right back to eating right and exercising. As far as making sure it doesn't happen again, just keep eating smaller portions and stopping when you are full, and your stomach should be shrinking. By the next time you have a function to attend, you may not be tempted to eat so much anyway, because your stomach will be telling your brain rather quickly that you are stuffed!
