40 Lbs and a wall

Hello,

I have changed my lifestyle since November of 2014. Since then I have gone from 250 lbs down to 209 lbs, but am now completely stuck. I have been hovering around the same since the beginning of May (so about a month long wall). Does anyone have any recommendations or advice for me? I have included my workout and diet below:

Workout:
3-4 Days of Crossfit (HIIT - Always different)

Diet:
M - F:
Breakfast - 3 Egg Whites, 1 Egg, Ground Turkey and Spinach
Lunch - Cup of Carrots, Handful of Almonds and Raisins, Spinach Salad with Albacore, Almonds, Raisins and Balsamic Vinigarette
Snack - Apple
Snack 2 - Only on crossfit days - Quest Protein Bar
Dinner - "Cabbage Soup" with Chicken and some Chorizo. Cabbage soup has Cabbage, Green Beans, Tomatoes, Onion, Carrots, spinach, Corn, Chicken Broth, and Water

Sat and Sunday - I may stray a little bit from my M-F controlled diet, but not an incredible amount. If I have some drinks (Sat night only), it is usually vodka with Club Soda.

My goal was to be down to 185 by August 8th (Wedding Day) and an ultimate goal of 165. Any Advice would be much appreciated
