These are just 4 great fitness and health tips that can really make a difference in your life

2 - Cut Back the Fat - Another main tip to remember for fitness and health is to make sure that you cut back the fat in your diet

3 - Stop Smoking - One of the worst things that you can do for your health is to smoke. If you want to be healthier, then one of the best things that you can do for your health is to stop smoking

4 - Drink More Water - Most people don't drink sufficient water each day and it shows in their health and fitness. If you want to be fit and healthy, then water is a vital part of your diet

I would second steve on this, essential fatty acids are ESSENTIAL. the right fats are the important thing here. cutting back fat too much is proven to lead to many health issues and hormonal imbalances!!
