4 Day Training Split Program

Hi, im 15 yrs old, 156 lbs, 5 ft 11. anyways, ive been on a 3-4 day total body workout from july to november-ish. ever since november, ive been doing a 4 day training split program, yet ive been having a bit of trouble geting to the gym 4 days a week. Is it possible to still see the same results by doing a 3-day training split program? And if so, what muscles should i focus on working out together during the same workout day? so far ive been doing chest-legs on one day, and biceps, triceps, shoulders/neck, and back the other day. any suggestions/advice greatly appreciated.

If your only making it 3 times a week I would go full body with big compounds. It would be hard but you get the rest only going 3 days. Other wise split it up into body parts.

Why did you want to switch away from your full bodies?

cuz after doin full bodies since July, i figured id been on the same schedule for a while, and wnted to spice things up a little, give my body different demands to stimulate muscle fibers more.

it also takes too long in the gym to cram in a full body workout... i found that by specializing a routine for a select number of muscle groups, i was seeing better results because of the intensity, which also resulted in spending/wasting less time in the gym. so basically, instead of spending like an hour and a half for a full body workout, im now getting a more intense 45 minute workout for chest/legs/abs one day, and back, biceps, shoulder, abs and triceps the other day. ive been seeing better results, so im def not switching off of my split training program.
