4 day lifting routine?

Im on a 4 day lifting routine that my friend gave me and im wondering whether it is good enough. My schedule is a rotating one that goes Bi's Back, Tri's Chest, and Legs Shoulders.

Sunday- Lifting
Monday- Off
Tuesday- Lifting
Wednesday- Off
Thursday- Lifting
Friday- Off
Saturday- Lifting

Im Considering turning the off days into cardio days but if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated considering im new to lifting and working out.

What is your diet?

You should add cardio, and you should also add abs/core exercises to your training. And hopefully on Bi/Back day and Tri/Chest day you are doing Back and Chest first and ending with biceps and triceps.
 
Thanks for answering and i have been doing abs/core exercises after every workout, To tell a little more about me I am 18 years old and weigh 180 pounds. I'm hoping to get some fat off my body and make it look a bit more in shape which is why i have been doing abs after every workout. My diet is more all over the place and if you have any tips on that it would be greatly appreciated.
