Sport 4/1 foods 4 carb / 1 protein??

Do any of you know food that would be closest to or fit into that 4-1 power supply ratio?

Such as accelerade raves abotu the science of 4-1 and the power it provides fdor endurance. I am doing this carb load diet, and the potatoes and pastas, and grapefruits and all that is good. But I think the only real protein I am getting is the chicken and PB.

Looking for some other ideas.
