3K Run Competition

Hey,

In about a week I am going to run a 3K Run Competition. I am very determined and I would like some help. Besides running, what drills and exercises should I do? Please explain them and tell me how long and what days.

Dude, a week is just to short of a time to improve enough to notice. Try running every day until two days before your race and then take those two days off completely.

Concentrate on good nutrition and ample rest!
