Ok, Background info, 6ft2, age ~23, male, went from 234 in late February to 199 10 days ago (been there ever since, and only lost 10 pounds from May to now), I need to get down to 176 to get my abs showing but I also want my body ripped, so what I have been doing for the past little while was Cardio, and weights, I''ve been doing them both on the same day, half an hour cardio half an hour weights (it actually feels heavier if I don't work a weight for a while, probably losing muscles) in the morning, and same in the afternoon(except different cardio machine), Monday Wednesday Friday I eat a lot of protein (just started recently to experiment) and probably exceeds BMR (and do heavier weights and longer than cardio on these days), Tuesday Thursday I rest (cos I have class anyway) or just go for a half hour on the trend mill, Saturday Sunday is(or will be) cardio intensive (with some weights).

Lately I find myself to have adapted to the cardio and am wondering if it's becoming ineffective(I try to keep my cardio going at cardio zone above 150 to increase overall calorie expenditure)?

This is my calorie intake schedule starting from Thursday, BMR around 2000
1700 2800 1500 1500 2100 1500 1900 1500

Should I focus more on Cardio or more on Weights? I'm wondering how much of my time should be cardio and how much on weights(I want weights to maintain muscle)? should I cut out the higher calorie intake(for proteins) on Monday Wednesday Friday(Or replace them with high protein foods such as fish eggs and chicken)? Cos I hear it's good to eat more calories occasionally to trick your body? I'm behind schedule cos I was hoping to get buffed and thin by early September. I'm also drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of sleep(usually 9-10 hours a day), so please offer any advice you have cos I'd like to reach my goal on time, thx a lot. I'm thinking I should cut the strength training to just enough to maintain muscle mass but keep cardio at an hour a day? or should I increase it to 1.5 hours cardio and half hour weights?

O, and u know how the fat on your stomach and hip are the most stubborn? Please share your experience if you have lost them, thanks.
