Hi all! I began my fitness journey recently and it's awesome! I am a mother of 4 & had extra "baby-weight" and I snacked way too much. Finally decided to make better choices and so glad I did! I am enjoying this new lifestyle so much that I'm going to start Nutrition classes this Fall at the local community college. I would love to join others in their journeys too!
