raisin, date and almond instant oatmeal - 140 cals
1 piece of double fiber 100% whole wheat bread - 50 cals
some banana baby food haha - 40 cals
caramel corn quaker rice snacks - 70 cals
sooo, overall, i have had 300 cals so far.

did i eat too much for breakfast? i'm planning on having a tuna sandwich for lunch and a salad for dinner.
oh and by the way, i'm 17, 5'4, 138 lbs.

10 lbs lost, 10 more to go!
 
This is your third thread where you're wondering if you ate too much..Not sure what you're actually looking for in the way of information...

Spend some time educating yourself and reading the stickied threads..
Get yourself an account at or one of the 100s of other free sites on the web to track calories and keep track of your nutrients
Inform your parents about your weight loss goals...
 
And try this site, too:

Scroll down a little to the calorie calculator. It will tell you how many cals you need to shoot for in a day. That way you can judge for yourself if you are eating enough/or too much at meals.

Sorry, but there is no way that people on this forum call dictate every meal for you. I also think you shoudl discuss your efforts with your parents. Maybe they would help out...buy you a gym membership or something.

Try those two sites and then see how you are doing.
 
From what you've written so far, it sounds like you're keeping your caloric intake dangerously low. Don't starve yourself. It's bad for your body and as soon as you binge the weight will come back and then some.

Also, for your height your weight is within a healthy range. So resorting to things like eating baby food (???) is really not necessary.

If you really want to lose, eat more normally and just add in some exercise.

Did you eat too much? No. Eat more.

Honestly... If you're looking for attention this isnt the place for you to look for it..all your posts you're so worried about how much you eat.
This isnt a god damn joke. This is about your health.. How many people do you need to tell you taht you are being totally UNHEALTHY before you understand? You're crash dieting, you're going to lose a lot of weight but that moment you say I CANT DO THIS ANYMORE...you are going to gain a rediculous amount of weight OR be doomed to count every single days calories that you intake
PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME..
I'm not going to tell you anymore how STUPID it'd be to not eat. I've sqrewed my metabolism up, save yours before it is too late. Nothing makes me more mad than to see this becuase I know what pain it causes not only to the person but everyone around them.
I lost half of my friends becuase I was too scared to go out to a resturant for god sakes I might have went over my 900 calorie a day MAX limit. No one wanted to be around me because I was stressed and grumpy. Food does more things than you realize and a lack of it is not a good predicament.
Please, this is the last time I can beg of you to not ravage your body.

i realize now how stupid i was, thinking that starving myself was the way to go. the funny thing is i promised myself i wouldn't be like that, but that's just what i turned out to be. i would hear stories of anorexics and say to myself, "i won't go that far," but i did.
i have some sort of sense now, i'm not starving myself like i used to. i still have days where i just don't want to eat at all because i freak out that i already had 1000 calories, and i look at myself and see an obese girl, but i'm working on my self-esteem and control. i've started exercising now, and my weight at the moment is 128, and it's been that way for a while now.

i just hope that i haven't done too much harm to my body.

almost thinks diet and starving are the same thing. I thought that way as well, but just lose some and couldnt go further :rant:. Now I eat alot, move my body a lot, and lose a lot :hurray:

some says what a crazy girl, just look what she's eating. I just smile and whisper you are crazy, go on diet and fail :reddevil:
