Anyone have any advice about a good way to setup a daily meal plan with the following requirements?:
1)3400-39000 calories
2)optimally 250 grams of protein
3)around 390grams of carbs
4)around 100grams of fat
I'm thinking of something with a lot of nuts and veggies.
The problem is veggies don't have many calories though.
I like fish and want that as a protein source
I don't like milk/dairy because I'm slightly lactose intolerant but, if I have to drink it, it will be organic and whole milk
I'm asking this because most meal plans I have or have seen are always either expensive, take a long time to prepare, or give me digesting problems, or just contain to much food for me to eat. I can't spend to much time eating because I'm busy so that's the main problem with most meal plans is that they take to long to consume since I'm a very slow eater (40 mins minimum to eat a plate of rice and veggies).
