OK i was curious about the 300 workout as its meant to be super hardcore. Ive done it three times over the last few months as a fitness test. Last time i did it in just under 14min. This was with a personal trainer who made sure every rep of every exercise was correct so there was no cheating. The only thing different from the original test is that i used dumbells instead of kettle bells.
Noone in the gym (including the personal trainers) can come close to my time.
Ive also searched on the internet and most people do it in 16-21 min.
I dont train to get good at this workout so I find it hard to believe that my time is so amazing. Has anyone done it quicker?
