Hello. I've been reading weight loss forum for some days now and i find it to be very valuable. I'm trying to lose weight myself but im not sure which approach should i take. I'm 21 y/o- 6'0- and weight around 230. I supposedly lost 13 pounds since the last time i went for a check up without changing anything i do. I've been big for years but always athletic and for some reason never look as big as my weight(i have a huge gut). I would like to get down to 185-190 but if i could lose 30 pounds by June that would be to great. I have no weights, im not a member of any gyms and can't afford a machine right now. What can i do to lose weight?
