30 Minute Workout

I like the concept because I can easily do it before work. Anyone have a daily routine that takes 30 minutes and really works to increase strength and overall fitness?
 
In my diary on this site, I review many tapes and dvds, but most of them are not 30 minutes. Most are 40 or 45.

When I go on the bike, it's also usually 40 minutes....the heart rate has to go up for a minimum amount of time to start burning fat, remember?
 
If you want to work out for only 30 minutes and get great results, do everything at a higher intensity. This will give you great benefits as well. If you want strength training to take less time....I would recommend doing 1-2 sets of the major muscle groups and going to failure on each set. Make sure you have proper form though so you avoid any injuries and most of these exercises require a partner to spot. However, are very beneficial and take less time.
