Weight-Loss 30 lbs in 6 weeks Challenge!!

My name is Jazmin and Im new to this forum. I weigh 147 lbs or 66.8 kg and I am 5"7. My ultimate goal weight is between 113lbs and 120 lbs. I want to start this 30lbs in 6 weeks challenge as I am going to a new school, and Im going to be meeting new people and I think its time for me to lose the weight and feel better about myself.

I am aware that this challenge is very difficult but I have already lost 8kg/17lbs.I was 75kg/165lbs at my highest weight and I think that Im able to do reach this goal or close to it in 6 weeks.

So if your interested to join me on this challenge, just post below- telling me your name and current weight.

although i definitely dont want to discourage you maybe 30lbs in 6 weeks is a little too much!! cut yourself some slack, if youre at school id say youre under 18 and to be honest, when youre in your 20's you'll realise the weight youre at right now is ideal! you definitely definitely do not need to loose 30lbs! go for 10lbs and re-assess it maybe?

Whatever you decide to do i wish you the very best :)

First of all, congrats on losing 17 pounds!!!:):)
Secondly you said your goal weight is 113-120 pounds. 113 is too thin for your height!! I would say make your goal weight 125:) You will look amazing and healthy at this weight, anything less and you will look anorieix and believe thats not a nice way to look and its not healthy. Im your height too so we are lucky to have abit of height to our advantage.

I also agree that 30 pounds in 6 weeks is too much, if it comes off there well done but it more than likely wont be the case. Thats like 5 pounds each week!! How about making a goal of losing 22 pounds in 6/7weeks instead? because i think 30 pounds will be too skinny for your frame!!
