3 months so far...want to speed things up..

Ive been working out for around 3 months so far, and I am seeing results, but I want to speed the fat loss & muscle gain up a bit. Im not working out to get bulky, just to get cut & a 6pack. My friend told me that no explode is good, Then he said hes switching to hydroxycut. I feel like my diet is pretty good, but I want something else to speed things up. Which supplement would you recommend?

1. you can't add muscle AND get cut
2. NO Xplode and Hydroxycut are two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT supplements.

3. show us your diet and daily intake of calories and macros....then we'll decide if your diet is 'pretty good' or not. No offense, but I suspect you have room for improvement.

I eat only complex carbs & no sweets, maybe only 1 piece of candy a week or something....

very little carbs, more protein. 200-300 calorie meals eaten around 6 times a day. Drinking lots of water...etc etc..

the one area I can deff. improve on is to stop drinking vodka, i consume around a pint every time I drink, which is around 1-2 times a week, plus I eat stupid things when Im drunk.

Lets just say that my diet is OK for now...im looking to increase fat loss, what supplement should I intake?

You're skirting the real issue and looking for a genie in a bottle to fix your fat loss. Not gonna work.

You say your diet is 'good'...but you're just as vague now as you were before.

List your 5-6 meals on an average day, and include portion sizes. Also describe your weight training routine, and your cardio/aerobic routine.

That's the ONLY way you're gonna get a straight answer from me or anyone else here who is knowledgeable. Because we all know that a supplement isn't gonna melt your fat, especially if your diet isn't what it should be. The fact you're drinking two pints of vodka a week tells me your diet isn't good.

But, for the record, any fat burners that DO work can't be consumed on the same days you drink a pint of vodka. the two do NOT play well.
