This challenge runs from Sep 15- Dec 15. Just post starting and ending weight goal. Post when you want to weigh in. You can weigh in as often as you like.

GW: 145 lbs
 
I am in! These are my goals for this challenge:
CW: 95 kg
GW in 3 months: 85 kg

and for completeness:
SW: 98 kg
GW: 75 kg
 
I'd love to join this. I think it'll be a great way to restart my weight loss :D

Starting weight: Around 65 kg I think (I'll check tomorrow morning)
Goal weight: 55 kg
 
I would like to join this challenge, but I know I am late. But I do have the relevant weight information. Also I am already 148 days into my program.

Day 129 - Sept 15th - 180.8Lb
Day 220 - Dec 15th - 154.5Lb

day 148 - Oct 4th - 176.3Lb
Loss - 4.5Lb
 
@Fitness_Chick - I am making up my own plan as I go.

My family has a history of diabetes and strokes, so I aim to keep cholesterol intake as low as possible, so basically a vegetarian diet with fish for protein along with nuts and tempeh. I do all my own prep and cooking so that I can keep a strict calorie control. I don't worry about carbs too much, but I do keep an eye on nutrients and take supplements. I have pureed fruits for breakfast, nearly always banana. This minimizes the load on my digestive system, allowing my body to continue with its cleansing cycle which finishes around midday, so I have read.

day 149 - Oct 5th - 176.33Lb - gain 0.07Lb
