Sport 3 meals a day

Instead of 6, i want to eat only 3 meals a day, its alot easier with school.
How many calories should each be? Any suggestions on what to eat?
 
3 meals a day will not work. you have to keep your metobolism active throughout the day. So forget about it. Sneak snacks into school if you have to cause 3 meals a day is a crazy ridiculously low number. 5 or 6 is a must if you want to be fit and feel great.

are u bulking or cutting? if ur bulking, u do not necessarily need to worry about your metabolism. and also

about your daily caloric needs,

That's an awful assessment, you always need to worry about your metabolism. Bulking doesn't mean to eat anything and everything in site. Bulking is meant to be a clean bulk, or at least, as close to it as possible.

If you're cramming 2,000 calories in 3 times a day, theres a very good chance that you will be putting more fat than if you broke those 6,000 up into 1,00 throughout the day. Just an example. Trying to bulk, as clean as possible, on three meals a day is a perfect set-up for not getting enough food, or putting on a sizeable layer of fat.

Eating often is essential for everyone, whether bulking, cutting, maintaining, or any regular dude.
 
3 meals will NOT get you the same results as 6 meals a day. do some research on nutrient partitioning. you'll find that steady feeding of smaller quantities improves insulin sensitivity, and promotes an anabolic state.
