3 day diet

HI Everyone I am new to this website, I would like to lose up to 15lbs, I have done the three day diet, and whipped off 9lbs already.....its not that difficult...and i would love to know if anyone else has tried it.:hug2: :hug2: :hug2:

Ive looked at those diets before and found them to be too restrictive for me. They always seem to ask me to eat something I dont like! :D

Also what do you intend to do when you've lost the weight with these short term diets? If you don't move onto something more long term and slip back into bad habits im afraid the weight will probably just come back.

Not trying to knock what you've already accomplished but you don't want to end up back where you started :)
 
Quick fixes are a dime a dozen. The problem is that you soon end up back where you started. In fact you probably end up in a worse state as your lean tissue to fat ratio will have worsened.

You should seek out weight loss methods that are sustainable.
 
Hi,

Quick weight reduction is not only harmful but bad from future health problem point of view. Go for organic ways and try and reduce the weight gradually, may be a pound a week.

I did the 3 day diet back in 2003. I loved it. I did lose alot of weight. The bad thing is that I did it for more than 3days at a time. AS soon as I stopped the 3 day diet I shorthly gianed it back and then some. You need to be careful with those diets. Don't even waste your time. You have to be very strict with yourself. And if that is the case be strict with yourself eating healthy foods that actually fill you up and be strong. Therefore you are making it a habbit to eat healthier not less.
