I'm going on a cut and was hoping for a confirmation of my modified diet!..
I'm 22, 5ft9ins, about 184lb (started at 189lb, going down to probably 175 where I'll rest for a bit then perhaps end at about 170 eventually). I have an endomorphic body and I find losing fat difficult whereas gaining mass is not a problem at all. I'm currently doing a 4-day split at 3x8 and doing cardio twice a week, resting completely for 1 day a week.
I'm basically wondering if I've got my nutrients right and if the timing is OK. The pattern of the meals is as set out in the screen shot and the nutrients are listed too so if anything needs to be adjusted or rearranged I'd be willing to take any advice. The meals can be easily tweaked so its not a problem.
On a day where I have cardio I may up the cals slightly. and the 2nd meal is usually my preworkout meal. this meal may be preceded by the tuna meal depending on how early i train on a given day.
Any advice would be much appreciated and if I've left any crucial info out please let me know!
