2nd Time Running!

2nd time running...lemme just tell you...it was AMAZING! I got so much farther than I did yesterday and my breathing was much better as well as my throat was not dry at all. I did much more running than walking and more running than I did yesterday. I love it and see why you guys do it so much. It feels great. My only problem is my upper legs are killing me with every step I take, but I know it's worth it for now :).
 
Just a word of warning. Do some light jogging before you stretch especially if your sore. Muscles are like chewing gum. When they are warm the stretch but if they are dry they dont like stretching and can snap :D
