2lbs down finally

:cool: Im excited to announce that I am finally down 2 lbs...Im not feeling like such a failure now...Ive been busting my butt exercising and eating well for hte most part:eek: Im so excited and happy...Oh and I have been drinking all my water and eating all my colours:DJust wanted to share

Every time your weight goes down, you're going to feel like you do now. It's awesome:)
 
Congrats

Every pounds counts beleive me. It took me almost 1 month to see any real difference. I was working out so hard but had no results, hardly any weight difference through my first month, .

Second month combined with some menatal stress, No dieting but eating less due to stress etc I suddenly lost around 10 pounds. So I guess eating less and keeping on excersiing is the key to weight loss . I have continued my quest and I am at 146 pounds now down from 160 -163 just two months back.

Keep continuing the work out. There should be some appreciable difference in calories consumed and used via work out and dieting to bring the weight down,

My goal is to reach a healthy 120 -130 pound in the next one months time.

Again congrats to you, it is no mean task losing each ounce forget a pound .
 
Congrats to ya I heard those last few lbs seem to drag out?
