28 Year Old Corrections Officer in need of some help.

Hi my name is Chris, like my title says I am a 28 year old Corrections Officer who has been struggling with weight control for some time. I am a father of a 2 year old and work 60 hours a week, and As you can probably guess...eats alot of crappy food. Well thank you for allowing me to join the Forum here and look forward to learning alot here.
