Weight-Loss 270lbs, and a vegetarian, need help on what to eat.

Hey am new to this website so not sure if i'm posting in the right place lol! :blush5:

I currently weigh roughly 270 pounds, and i have been a vegetarian since i was 12, eating meat always made me throw up and i am a huge cheese lover, i have something that has cheese in it everyday. :O

Anyway, i'm not sure what i'm ment to eat. I know what's good and what's bad for you, but i'm not sure what to eat to get the right daily amount of vitamins etc. I am always tierd, always drained of energy, and feel so rough lol. I'm also wondering if having a fruit smoothie everday for breakfast would be okay?

Any help would be great, thanks, i really need it lol.
