27 Minute workout

For people who don't have a lot of time training is hard. Now you can make time of course but that's not always possible. Recently I found and article of a 27 minute workout. I reshaped it a little and posted it on my blog. I wanted to share this to the community so here it is.

It's a combination of weight exercises and press ups. I hope this will be appreciated.
