I need some great tips for women past age 30 seem harder to lose. Right now I fast, drink water with lemon and air fry almost everything. I just had hysterectomy so im taking it slow in the gym. But im real excited about my 5lbs so far.

Hi, Krystal & welcome to the forum. Well done on 5 lbs lost already. What you eat & drink is more important for weight-loss specifically than exercise. Exercise is good for you for all sorts of reasons. What does your diet look like?

believe me, it's harder for everyone past 30... i continued playing soccer fairly regularly until i was in my early 40's, but it was still a change from when i was in my teens and 20's. i somewhat blame it on the big processed food producers, though and somewhat even with the govt. for years i believed a low fat diet was the best thing for you. not until recently did i discover all the lies i've heard about nutrition. do yourself a big favor and start looking into how much sugar you are getting in off-the-shelf processed foods. besides intermittent fasting i have cut my sugar to less than ~6gm/day. in a little less than 5 months now, i've dropped >45 lbs, from a BMI of 32 to a BMI of just under 25.
