Hey everyone, I'm a young man from the great State of Kentucky. I'm getting fit for the ARMY, and I've hit a small bump in the road.
I started off at 259lbs, lost 20 by cutting out sodas and watching what I eat with exercise.
I went to the recruiters office today to get a number or so I need to be at to take the ASVAB. I'm at roughly 30% body fat, whereas I need to be at 26%. My recruited estimated about 15lbs should get me down to around that number, and I can continue the process of MOS selection and so on.
So I'm wondering what I can do to get this 15lbs jumpstarted. I do weight training 5 days a week, cardio every morning. Also, are there any routines around I could follow to increase bench press, and eventually pushups?
Thanks,
Blue.
