Here's my idea for a 2000 calorie cutting diet. I haven't posted any numbers, so please if you could just comment on the foods
1. Not exactly sure yet
2. Chicken or turkey salad
3. Apple
4. Small serve of chicken or turkey (post work out)
5. Banana or grape smoothie (any other fruit suggestions?)
6. Chicken pasta or chicken with fried rice
What improvements can I make? (and any suggestions for breakfast? just before it's mentioned, i don't like oats, especially with egg whites )
