I Really really need help here.

I am a 20 year old woman and I hate my body , plain and simple as that. Now I know that many people say you should love your body whatever shape or size but I just can't. I am a very active girl and I'm at the gym at least 5 times a week, I eat fairly healthy, avoid sugars as much as I can and drink a lot of water, but nothing helps. I am currently 13st 2 and a size 14. I have tried a lot of things in the past as I have been very unhappy with my body from about age 13 . I've tried fad diets, lifestyle changes, different workout routines and even running 10km's 3 times a week but still nothing changes. Most recently I followed a weight loss diet plan from a nutritionist and was at the gym at least once a day but over the course of 4 weeks hard work I PUT ON 7 POUNDS and 11 inches. I just don't know what to do anymore and I cry everytime I look at myself in a picture or in the mirror. Please does anyone have any advice ?

Hey I'm 20yrs old too, though I don't hate my body its just I want to loose some weight from face and belly and you know I can loose it and so you can. Don't let yourself discourage by failures or anything just keep trying. I'm saying it cause ik we all get demotivated if we don't see the results after doing so much hard workout or something. But be positive I'm still trying to loose weight, so you'll try to loose too. And if you are not able to loose weight after these things you should visit a doc. IG. Don't give up !!!Fighttingg!! :)

I would recommend that you visit your doctor first and have some blood tests done. My wife has similar issues and her problem is with her Thyroid. It could be hormonal in nature which will make it harder to lose weight but certainly not impossible. It also could be something you are eating. Some foods (even healthy ones) can make it hard to lose weight also. I don't eat red meat anymore as it just doesn't break down in my body well which in turn causes a number of digestive issues. Some fruits are very high in sugar so pay attention to that as well. Almost every time I eat fish I lose weight, so as you can imagine, I have replaced my red meats with fish. Keep your chin up and do a little research online, it's amazing the information that is available on the internet.

Becca,
I lost 50 pounds 5 years ago and have kept most of it off. I used a plan that changes the way you eat, it changes your eating lifestyle. I actually ate more and was satisfied. It's good that you are drinking a lot of water and it sounds like you are determined. You can change you treadmill routine to achieve the fat burning zone by walking on the treadmill at a pace that raises your heart rate to 110-130 beats per minute. Try it for a week and see what happens. If you would like more info please let me know.

Hey Becca! I've got a few super easy tips that could really help maximize your results. First, I gotta ask a few simple questions.

What times of the day do you workout? What do you do when you go to the gym? When do you eat? And what do you eat at those times?
