Hi everyone! So over the past 3-4 months I have really binged on junk food and desserts and gained about 20-25 pounds in that short time. I can't even put on any of my pants! But guess what? I am going on vacation! In six weeks, so I wanted to ask for some advice. I want to loose atleast 20 pounds of fat in about 6 weeks. (I don't want to just go on a juice cleanse or something were I might loose 20 pounds but it's just water weight or something and I look the same and have the same amount of fat.) I want to loose 20 pounds of fat, so my plan is to eat about 1200 calories per day - 200 400 and 600 for meals respectively in order to get back in shape. I want to do this in a healthy way of course and I've heard you shouldn't go below 1200 calories. My resting bmr is about 1300 but I wear a fitbit and try to get atleast 10,000 steps per day. I a very good about getting a lot of steps and walking a lot, often I get about 10,000-15,000 steps and usually with that I burn about 1500-1800 calories. So, if anyone has an tips for me to be able to reach my goal, please leave a comment!
